  • Contact Information: Phone number and email you provide for clinic contact and notifications.
  • Location Data: Your suburb, postcode, or precise location (if you grant permission) to find clinics near you.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, referral source, and device information collected via cookies and analytics tools.
  • Payment Information: When clinics subscribe, payment details are processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To match your treatment quote with suitable clinics in your area.
  • To send you notifications about new matches, savings opportunities, and account updates.
  • To improve our platform through analytics and usage analysis.
  • To process clinic subscription payments through Stripe.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Who We Share Your Data With

We only share your data with third parties where necessary to provide our service:

  • Clinics: When you request a match, we share your quote details, location, and contact information with participating clinics so they can provide you with a quote or offer.
  • Stripe:Payment processing for clinic subscriptions is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Vercel / Supabase), email (Resend), analytics, and AI processing. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

We never sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:

  • Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after deletion for legal compliance.
  • Quote data and associated match results are retained for 3 years to improve our matching algorithms.
  • Analytics data is retained in aggregated form indefinitely; individual-level data is retained for 26 months.
  • Payment records are retained as required by Australian tax law (7 years).

5. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: You may ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
